This is the Lucky Lucy e-Commerce website that will enable us to generate funds in this manner for our daily operations at the shelter by selling our beautiful merchandise.
How does it work?
Once you’ve placed your order on the site, a LLF representative will be in contact with you to make the necessary arrangements. At this stage, due to the post office strikes, no parcels will be posted. It can be couriered, which will be extra and payable by the customer. Otherwise, items can be collected from the farm or at the Durbanville Market. (Any vet shop that would be so kind to keep stuff for us?) Items need to be paid in full before collection or cash on collection.
Return policy
There is no return on the recipe books. T-shirts can be exchanged within 21 days granted it is still in the original packaging and condition.

Although we try our very best to keep the stock pile up to date, it may happen that you have ordered something that is out of stock. Should this happen, we will try our utmost best to find something suitable or similar in exchange.
